      I enjoy working with very few coworkers that actually work and not trying to be Manager.

      Cons

      The pay is very low and want you to work multiple positions which you're not hired to do. Management shows favoritism. This company doesn't treat their employees with respect!!!!

      Pros

      Encouraging learning environment for new APP's. Administration is always available when needed. Great starting pay and benefits. The culture is patient-centered while showing respect and encouraging growth and development of APP's. I love my career with McLeod Health.

      Cons

      It can take time to develop a full patient load, but that was just my experience as a new APP. I appreciate the time I have been allowed to grow in my new role.
