      The patients are amazing to work with.

      Cons

      They award the insubordinate, unprofessional, and no work ethic employees and use and abuse their work horses until they no longer are at their disposal. Management is ill equipped, gossipy and unprofessional to run one practice much less more than one.

      Pros

      Encouraging learning environment for new APP's. Administration is always available when needed. Great starting pay and benefits. The culture is patient-centered while showing respect and encouraging growth and development of APP's. I love my career with McLeod Health.

      Cons

      It can take time to develop a full patient load, but that was just my experience as a new APP. I appreciate the time I have been allowed to grow in my new role.
