      Good pay, decent hrs if prn.

      Cons

      Management lacks compassion when nurses and others won't break you to go to the bathroom. If you want to stay with the company and reduce hrs because your retaining fluid and its effective on your heart as well because you can relieve yourself when sitting 12 hrs. If your cold Management won't even let you wear a jacket to stay warm. Just be prepared!

      Pros

      Encouraging learning environment for new APP's. Administration is always available when needed. Great starting pay and benefits. The culture is patient-centered while showing respect and encouraging growth and development of APP's. I love my career with McLeod Health.

      Cons

      It can take time to develop a full patient load, but that was just my experience as a new APP. I appreciate the time I have been allowed to grow in my new role.
