      You meet some great people. The patients make it worth staying

      Management makes it a bad place. Administration needs to see what is really going on. A lot bullying. A lot of people putting lives in danger.

      Pros

      Encouraging learning environment for new APP's. Administration is always available when needed. Great starting pay and benefits. The culture is patient-centered while showing respect and encouraging growth and development of APP's. I love my career with McLeod Health.

      Cons

      It can take time to develop a full patient load, but that was just my experience as a new APP. I appreciate the time I have been allowed to grow in my new role.
