      other than providing patient care, i haven’t experienced anything positive

      Cons

      everything. they do not care about their employees! 30 minute breaks for 12 hours. i’ve never heard of that in my life. units are too “cliquish” and filled with drama. lowest pay i’ve ever been paid!

      Pros

      Encouraging learning environment for new APP's. Administration is always available when needed. Great starting pay and benefits. The culture is patient-centered while showing respect and encouraging growth and development of APP's. I love my career with McLeod Health.

      Cons

      It can take time to develop a full patient load, but that was just my experience as a new APP. I appreciate the time I have been allowed to grow in my new role.
