      patient care, employees, benefits, room for advancement

      Cons

      long hours, sometimes patient care. especially when you have confused patients who are bed bound and try to get up or you have patients on their call lights every 5 minutes

      Pros

      Encouraging learning environment for new APP's. Administration is always available when needed. Great starting pay and benefits. The culture is patient-centered while showing respect and encouraging growth and development of APP's. I love my career with McLeod Health.

      Cons

      It can take time to develop a full patient load, but that was just my experience as a new APP. I appreciate the time I have been allowed to grow in my new role.
