      Loved the patients and loved my coworkers. Very knowledgeable doctors whom I trust.

      Cons

      Upper management does not seem to care about the nurses who actually take care of the patients.

      Pros

      Encouraging learning environment for new APP's. Administration is always available when needed. Great starting pay and benefits. The culture is patient-centered while showing respect and encouraging growth and development of APP's. I love my career with McLeod Health.

      Cons

      It can take time to develop a full patient load, but that was just my experience as a new APP. I appreciate the time I have been allowed to grow in my new role.
