Pros
Pay, raises and bonuses are great. Benefits are fantastic and completely covered by the company. The people are really nice and management does everything it can to help you out in personal issues situations.
Cons
Communication is horrible, especially with part timers. The motto is "do more with less faster" at least in the departments in the warehouse. I was injured on the job and was treated like dirt by the floor HR person upon returning. Management as a whole, takes forever to make decisions on something as simple as choosing a permanent lunch time for each department even though they've been doing the same one for 3 months. Interdepartment policies for the same concept are different and should be uniform. Cross-training or at least shadowing should be done so there isn't so much animosity between departments. Managers and supervisors are in a rotation so every 6-12 months you get new ones which means they have to learn a whole new department in a short amount of time and there are definitely growing pains that directly affect the people in the department for a while. It causes resentment, morale to drop, bitterness and A LOT of bad attitudes.
