As you can imagine, as with any position people do often want to move on to their next career advancement opportunity. Specifically, our employees become so passionate about the field that they often move on to graduate school to become special education teachers, psychologists, social workers, marriage & family therapists, or board certified behavior analysts and as such may leave to pursue those new endeavors when our company does not have those opportunities.
