      Nothing much really to be honest

      Cons

      HR is only supportive of the managers so no point in raising a conflict. The department heads don't know a thing about corporate functioning. Too much politics.

      The people that do the work are great.

      Cons

      The middle and upper management (Department Managers, Project Managers, Accountants, Engineers, HR, and Site Director) aren't on the same page or even reading the same book.
