Do the same thing every day, all day Constant 10 hour days Constant Saturdays Always having to pick up the slack from people who put no effort out No chance of advancement Poor pay for what they expect Some of the supervisors play favorites Pick and choose when they enforce their own policies Will hold onto garbage workers making the good ones have to do double or triple the work just to make rate Acts like they still have the same number of employees as they did before the pandemic and continue to accept orders they know they can't handle Don't respect medical conditions for everyone Allows people to do whatever they want
