Good benefits, middle of the road pay.

Cons

No respect for a professional land surveyor, compared to how they treat engineers. Corporate side of the company is leftwing and woke. Culture is completely different depending on the office your in. They take advantage of you. Treat you like your some sort of violent criminal when your fired. I started a new job and was completely blown away at the difference in how your treated for haveing a PS instead of PE. Take my advice dont let them fool you if your in West Virginia there is better places to work at land surveying.

They really do value their company culture and continue to work towards creating a good work like balance. The benefits are great, and being employee owned is huge.

Cons

They are just large enough that some of the "corporate" issues exist. Lack of relationships with the CEO's, red tape to get certain things done, and how well the work life balance is definietly does depend on your boss and your location.
