Pros

Great people and diversity! They hire passionate staff which is reflected in high work quality output. Love the focus on helping others and the community.

Cons

(1)Not all internal disciplines are treated the same from a value perspective. (2) Leadership shared that salaries are not as high as competitors due to work location flexibility and "super work/life balance" but when they rolled out the 'go back to the office' policy, salaries were not increased and they are understaffed in some areas which leads to long work weeks. Plus annual raises are not in line with inflation.

Pros

They really do value their company culture and continue to work towards creating a good work like balance. The benefits are great, and being employee owned is huge.

Cons

They are just large enough that some of the "corporate" issues exist. Lack of relationships with the CEO's, red tape to get certain things done, and how well the work life balance is definietly does depend on your boss and your location.
