This is by far the best company I've ever worked for and I plan to stay here until I retire. The company motto, "Do the right thing, take care of people and do what makes sense" is embodied by everyone across the corporation from the CEO on down. Our CEO visits every office in the country and sits down with staff and discusses whatever is on everyone's mind. Regular check-in meetings with teams and management let everyone pitch in suggestions and ideas and ALL input is valued and listened to. They know how to balance providing excellent services to clients while valuing the employees and deliver it. Can't say enough good things.
