Pros

I don't think this company has missed a payroll. I think there are some very good people here, other than leadership, HR, or other corporate staff.

Cons

I did not like it here. Too corporate and political IMO. It was very difficult for me to work as an engineer at this company. IMO the culture is driven solely by what is said rather than what is done. I saw a lot of "management and meetings". For me the experience was quite Orwellian. I decided to save my own spirit and leave before I lost all sense of worth.

Pros

They really do value their company culture and continue to work towards creating a good work like balance. The benefits are great, and being employee owned is huge.

Cons

They are just large enough that some of the "corporate" issues exist. Lack of relationships with the CEO's, red tape to get certain things done, and how well the work life balance is definietly does depend on your boss and your location.
