Pros

Since I joined, I have been overwhelmed by the support that leadership gives its people, including myself. There is a true sense of value in what I do every day which translates to a sense of pride in myself. Being in business development, I am supported by a fantastic group of marketing professionals. Always responsive and always address each task with a positive attitude. They work great together and support each other, which stands out to any other marketing team.

Growth and change can be hard but that is the same for any company

Pros

They really do value their company culture and continue to work towards creating a good work like balance. The benefits are great, and being employee owned is huge.

Cons

They are just large enough that some of the "corporate" issues exist. Lack of relationships with the CEO's, red tape to get certain things done, and how well the work life balance is definietly does depend on your boss and your location.
