Pros
I recently stated working with the technology division of the Mechanics Bank; a good place to work with as the bank is using wide range of new technologies for their business. As part of my work I am learning and experiencing the use of new technologies, advanced tools, which adds a lot more to knowledge. There is a lot more coming in near future and I am exited about it. The work environment is very friendly and you will see a lot of people working for years as they enjoyed the work place.
Cons
The only cons I have noticed so far is it keeps you a little busy; however I managed to enjoy my time.
