In regards to compensation, local cost of living at our various locations around the globe varies widely and must be taken into account. (e.g. it costs much more to live in Chicago and Orange County than Marshall County or Malaysia). National “averages” are interesting to look at but mostly irrelevant. Compensation must always be viewed in total across a 12-month timeframe. We suggest you meet with your supervisor to find ways to increase your compensation by elevating your performance. Pros

I value the culture and people who work for Mechdyne. I value my future with Mechdyne as well - I see a lot of room for personal growth and new experience and I feel like I have a lot of control over my future here. It seems a lot better here than the companies and positions of my peers.

Cons

There aren't many aspects that Mechdyne could improve - the most improvement could be seen with flexibility with in where the employees can live and the ability to work from home.
