Thank you for your feedback. There are a few mischaracterizations in your review that we feel compelled to address. We avidly stand by our core values, which includes "Our People are #1." We understand the need to put our teammates first and have an established committee specifically focused on improving our workplace environments, in numerous office locations, for our teammates. In regards to compensation, local cost of living at our various locations around the globe varies widely and must be taken into account. (e.g. it costs much more to live in Chicago and Orange County than Marshall County or Malaysia). National “averages” are interesting to look at but mostly irrelevant. Compensation must always be viewed in total across a 12-month timeframe. We suggest you meet with your supervisor to find ways to increase your compensation by elevating your performance. Providing 24/7 IT support to our clients is a task that requires a lot of work. We believe that our teammates are up for the challenge as we strive to provide great customer service to our clients. Mechdyne's service desk model, similar to many companies in our industry, heavily relies on our team being ready for all incoming end user requests. While some days are busier than others, an average agent utilization of 60% - 75% leaves our teammates downtime during each shift to recharge between contacts.
