We encourage all of our teammates to challenge processes and embrace change as a way to grow. We are sorry to hear that you may have had an experience that led you to think differently. In regards to the workplace culture, we want to emphasize that we do not tolerate any form of disrespect, whether it's in-person or during virtual meetings. Our established processes are there to create a respectful and efficient work environment, and we take this matter seriously. If conflict occurs between teammates, we always encourage the issue to be relayed to a manager or HR who can then assist with navigating the occurrence and reiterate the importance of adherence to our processes and respectful behavior. As it relates to diversity and inclusion, we are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where all individuals, regardless of their background, are welcomed and valued. In fact, we recently invested in a program to help us identify areas to improve within this realm. Since then, we have implemented many suggestions the program identified within our organization. Finally, we are aware our hiring process is unique and an investment of a candidate's time. This is why we are transparent about our process from the very first step of our hiring process, where we allow candidates to decide if they'd like to continue in our process.
