We recognize that in fast-moving environments, communication and clarity don’t always meet the standard we expect. We are actively working to improve how leadership shares context behind decisions and aligns priorities across teams.
We also acknowledge the concern around micromanagement and psychological safety. Our goal is to empower teams with clear outcomes and ownership, and we are reinforcing this through manager training and clearer expectations around team autonomy and respectful feedback.
