Everything. Senior leadership continually talks about accountability while continually changing there minds or playing favorites to some employees. The datawarehouse is really a datalake with each client stored in a separate database, no normalization of data. These databases can randomly disappear creating blockers to tight timelines. The databases are also replicated across multiple servers to support different tools and the data doesnt match creating lack of trust in reports. Lastly, there is no long term planning and leadership is constantly reactive to every client request.
