You are compensated well for time worked on your days off. Management (RMM & Lead) are responsive and do their best to help when you are having issues or require assistance(Highly dependent on where you are assigned). If you do your job and update management accordingly, they won't breath down your neck when it comes to AOG. They trust you to do your job properly.
