Pros

You have a job The other com-specs are wonderful people to work with. Those who stay, stay out of loyalty to their jobs, not the company.

Cons

Employees Quit because there are unappreciated. There is zero communication in the com center. Retention rate is very low. Supervisors have no training. There is no onboarding process for new hires. Management has zero direction and continues to add more work. Their comm-specs are never appreciated, and pay is poor (18$ - 25$(Max)). The administration does not consider comm specs for company functions. Decisions are made from the top down with no involvement from those doing the actual work. Problems are never dealt with head-on, only indirectly. Zero room for advancements.

Pros

If managed appropriately, the work life balance is very good. Starting hourly compensation is decent and based on experience. You receive an annual percentage raise based on performance. You are compensated well for time worked on your days off. Management (RMM & Lead) are responsive and do their best to help when you are having issues or require assistance(Highly dependent on where you are assigned). If you do your job and update management accordingly, they won't breath down your neck when it comes to AOG. They trust you to do your job properly.

Cons

You will work late nights and long hours from time to time. Lines of communication down to the base mechanic level can be lacking. Manning is an issue and you may be covering multiple bases by yourself. Growth within the company is limited to a few spots for mechanics Policy and Procedure is well enforced but can get overbearing.
