Pros

Very safety conscious and oriented. Pay is decent for clinicians with 10+ years of experience. Employees are supported by many corporate benefits, including healthcare, dental, supplemental, 401K with up to 6% match, legal services, and a ton of discounts through their easy navigate benefits portal. Provides a great work-life balance.

Cons

Starting pay for candidates with < 10 years of experience is at or below average for clinical crew roles. You may have to work hard to individually help change the culture at certain flight bases to align with corporate (Global Medical Response) principles and values.

Pros

If managed appropriately, the work life balance is very good. Starting hourly compensation is decent and based on experience. You receive an annual percentage raise based on performance. You are compensated well for time worked on your days off. Management (RMM & Lead) are responsive and do their best to help when you are having issues or require assistance(Highly dependent on where you are assigned). If you do your job and update management accordingly, they won't breath down your neck when it comes to AOG. They trust you to do your job properly.

Cons

You will work late nights and long hours from time to time. Lines of communication down to the base mechanic level can be lacking. Manning is an issue and you may be covering multiple bases by yourself. Growth within the company is limited to a few spots for mechanics Policy and Procedure is well enforced but can get overbearing.
