Thank you for leaving us a review. We appreciate your feedback and will share it with the team in the spirit of continuous improvement. Thank you for all you do to provide care at a moment's notice!
If managed appropriately, the work life balance is very good. Starting hourly compensation is decent and based on experience. You receive an annual percentage raise based on performance. You are compensated well for time worked on your days off. Management (RMM & Lead) are responsive and do their best to help when you are having issues or require assistance(Highly dependent on where you are assigned). If you do your job and update management accordingly, they won't breath down your neck when it comes to AOG. They trust you to do your job properly.
Cons
You will work late nights and long hours from time to time.
Lines of communication down to the base mechanic level can be lacking.
Manning is an issue and you may be covering multiple bases by yourself.
Growth within the company is limited to a few spots for mechanics
Policy and Procedure is well enforced but can get overbearing.
