Pros

PTO, some supervisors are helpful

Cons

Blackout dates/months, hourly wage is low (per HR they do not negotiate salary) for Prior Authorization Coordinators, can be unorganized at times, one supervisor will tell you one way to process and another will tell you different, monthly quota, strict on overtime, but will also have times where it is mandatory.

Pros

There are good people and teams to work with. The cons unfortunately outweigh this.

Cons

Reviews aren't lying about the frequency of layoffs - what a waste of money laying people off and then rehiring again. This contributes to an already weak company culture. Parts of exec leadership are toxic. Inhibits innovative and collaborative growth. Given all this, no wonder the company struggles to gain market share.
