1) Pay is super low for Nurse CM as RN and lvn pays the same as a CM. 2) there is no training process. Less than 15 pages of word document is not considered a training book. 3) work is overloaded for one person with little pay 4) overtime has to be explained in an essay form. But they are short staff so what do you expect. 5) not everyone is crossed trained on cases. that is why people are overworked
