Unprofessional & Hostile Workplace - Anonymous employee MedPoint Management Employee Review

They practice nepotism. They only accepts friends and relatives which creates hostile and unprofessional workplace. Do not be fooled when they call it "family oriented company' during job interview or orientation. Basically, it means the VP of your department is the father while his daughter or son is the supervisor and all other family members are also working in the department. No job opportunities. No future! Only friends & relatives have the opportunity to be promoted. People are playing around, joking and talking in an unprofessional manner. Bad benefit package.
