Flexible Hours and nothing else

Nepotism- they do favors for those that knows someone with higher position as well as with the people that they are closed to. Not fair in giving work load low hourly rate- the rate is only few cents more than minimum if you’ve been working before the minimum was 15. Newly hired people though gets a dollar more, but less work. Not Fair do not train well- new leadership do not seem to train well the newly hired people. Work load would end up to those who’ve been in the company longer instead of training the new ones properly
