Pros

The company is big enough that you are exposed to a lot of different transactions and accounting scenarios but small enough that you get to see the big picture. They appreciate and reward employees that perform their duties to the best of their abilities and add value to the organization.

Cons

Typical deficiencies of a corporate office such as interdepartmental communication, but overall, MedQuest is much better than most.

Everything is now being outsourced overseas or automated behind the scenes. Multiple departments have quietly been laid off or moved to the lowest of the low positions.
