      A good customer base ensures you have plenty of work. Pay is never late. Generous overtime when patient load is heavy.

      Cons

      Skills are spread too thin: Operate 3-4 different old machines. Includes helping other sites if called.

      Everything is now being outsourced overseas or automated behind the scenes. Multiple departments have quietly been laid off or moved to the lowest of the low positions.
