Pros

Health benefits. Cellphone. Way too much marketing material to travel in car with. Hard to decipher through all to distribute to offices. Awful awful professionalism.

Cons

Disorganization. Management. My boss forgot about meetings. And would advise me of a meeting that same morning an hour before. I had no time to prepare.
