Pros
MedRisk is the ideal environment for someone who is willing to put in the extra time and effort. Just like a previous review stated, once you stand out, you are definitely given opportunities that would take years - even decades - to get at a larger company. Senior/Executive management is also extremely accessible. They truly care about the company's employees and will always make time to meet with individuals. You will get out of this company what you put into it. If you work hard and make a difference, you will be rewarded.
Cons
MedRisk grew at an incredibly rapid pace in a short period of time and is dealing with some residual growing pains. However, the benefits greatly outweigh the cons.
