Pros
-you can start working as early at 7:30 am and be out at 4:00 pm -flex time
Cons
-salary -high stress -managers micromanage like crazy -you get treated like a 5 year old child -it is clicky and favoritism is a real thing -boring and repetitive job -no real room for growth -such a short lunch you don't even have time to go anywhere and get back in time -oh, did I mention high stress! Some people work so hard and their report never gets caught up
