Pros
Pay was okay, flex time was the best thing about the job.
Cons
People are promoted based off popularity not ability. The quotas are constantly being raised and are unrealistic if you actually do the work the correct way, but as long as the management likes you it doesnt matter you can still be promoted if you half do the job.
