During my interview I did not mention the negative reviews I found on Glassdoor and wow what a huge mistake that was because I have found all of these postings to be completely accurate. Quality doesn’t matter to Upper management. Numbers do. But they’re in turn making more work for themselves and their employees as they hire anyone with a pulse and provide little to no training before throwing them a pile of work to complete. I have never in my entire career worked for such a dysfunctional Upper management and it’s laughable. The team leaders (who are paid more) will HIDE from their employees so they don’t have answer questions from their team members. No seriously. They rent out meeting rooms and sit in them to avoid being an actual manager. I could go on but why bother! Everyone else has said it best. If you are seeking to work in an environment with ambitious or career minded folks then look far far away.
