Pros

The people...I really like the people that I work with. They do their best to try to keep employees engaged like: monthly happy hours, first Fridays bagels from Panera Bread, treat yourself Tuesdays, and other stuff like raffles and games.

Cons

The unrealistic quota. They have high expectations for advocates to hit an unrealistic quota daily while maintaining great quality, and still help/shadow/train people.

I like it here more or less it's not as bad as it used to be because the culture changed.

Cons

The location sucks for food.

Most support and middle management is nice to work with.

Cons

Nepotism at it's finest! Management is not to be trusted.
