The other ( US ) Leaders are amazing to work with. We we once a dynamic team whom were like family. I will miss working with them!
Cons
Medrisk has recently went into the Philippians to save money. However the quality of work that the Philippians put up is absolute trash. They fired half of the leadership team who has been there for years and who is SO KNOWLEDGEABLE for Philippians reps who know absolutely nothing and have no desire to learn. They sleep during their shift as they work overnight. We have been in a backlog for over a year and that has never happened in my 6 years of working for this company. The Executive staff are only looking for way for them to get richer. they do not care about directors or down! their is currently 0 opportunity to grow if you're in the US. it is very sad.
