Pros

Work from home, Great 401k

Cons

It is a call center position....Performance metrics are awful, you can perform and even exceed expectations, but if you "cough" or "sneeze" without muting the call with a client, it can prevent you from promotion. They expect you to act like a robot and focus on all aspects of job performance that do not matter at all. Turnover is extremely high due to this. I opted to leave the position due to limited growth opportunities

I like it here more or less it's not as bad as it used to be because the culture changed.

Cons

The location sucks for food.

Most support and middle management is nice to work with.

Cons

Nepotism at it's finest! Management is not to be trusted.
