Paid training ~ 1 week and a half

Cons

Call center job, angry patients, doctors, adjusters, missing information that you are responsible for finding, sometimes what you are supposed to do is completely unclear High scheduling expectations per day Your performance stats are emailed out daily for entire staff to see and compare

I like it here more or less it's not as bad as it used to be because the culture changed.

The location sucks for food.

Most support and middle management is nice to work with.

Cons

Nepotism at it's finest! Management is not to be trusted.
