Pros
Work with some cool people, nobody really bothers you, just drive around and make your deliveries on time.
Cons
The pay is bad and it doesn't matter how good or bad of an employee you are, they won't increase it much. The yearly review increase will only get you a few cents more. There's not really any growth or upward mobility. A steady paycheck to earn while you look for someplace else to work. Probably a good place for a retired person who already has a pension or someone needing supplemental income.
