Pros
The main reason I really enjoyed the company was due to how accommodating they were; majority of team members are nice; I was able to work from home doing more of a non phone type of job; work life balance was awesome with us not having to work on weekends; HR is pretty great.
Cons
Displayed salary that seemed like a bate and switch tactic (job posting showed 40k yet that's not what was offered despite me even negotiating); some managers along with supervisors have no idea what they're doing which makes it very challenging to learn; certain teams can be a little micromanage-ie; got laid off; unorganized; benefits weren't that great; clients are not on the same page with MedSrv company making everything a lot more complicated than it needs to be; rude person in charge of benefits information; lack of support along with people who listen.
