Pros
Security guards are nice and helpful; general mood is positive; facility is clean and attractive.
Cons
Many snags with new-employee orientation; parking permit unavailable, badge barcode defective; cafeteria credit card reader broken. And these issue took weeks to resolve. The self-scheduling computer software won't run on Macs. The list goes on and on.
