Employees are worked to death during shifts. Management will not limit patients coming in, and there is no shift relief; therefore you are stuck there until the last patient is seen. Employees are working so fast to try to get through the unlimited patients that it is physically and mentally unsafe for employees and unsafe for patients as well.
