Thanks so much for taking the time to leave your comments. Although I'm not located in Cincinnati, I am familiar with that leadership team and with the hospital. On our last employee experience survey, the Cincinnati hospital had very high scores on manager effectiveness, as well as a number of other areas. We try to make working at MedVet as consistent as possible, but we know that sometimes we don't get it right. Digging into the information in Cincinnati, it seems that your experience wasn't typical. I hope you are finding more happiness with your new employer.

Pros

Very generous employee discount for employee pets Ability to bring my pet to work with me, extra helpful on days when my dog has physical therapy appointments scheduled Good team work, everyone seems to answer questions or is willing to explain things Management checks in to see if I feel supportive or if there's anything I need

Cons

I've been at my position for a month now and really don't have any negatives at the moment.

Pros

The staff at the Commerce MedVet have been very supportive and helpful with teaching me the skills I was previously lacking. I got my first feline jugular blood draw and I was also given great tips about IV catheter placement.

Cons

I have no cons, the staff are very welcoming and if you want to learn they want to teach.
