We want to ensure our teams can navigate the challenging emergency and specialty veterinary medicine space and encourage employees to make their mental and physical health a priority. Utilizing PTO is always encouraged to help team members reset and recharge. PTO is granted to full time caregivers on their very first day of employment, meaning PTO is not accrued, but rather can be accessed immediately. Additional recourses available to employees include mental wellbeing apps, our Employee Assistance Program, and the creation of a well-being room.
