On Behalf of Hospital Director: Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, we are very sorry that you are unhappy. We strive to provide a great experience for our clients as well as our team members. This includes fostering an inclusive and team-based environment as well as developing a training program alongside our career services framework to provide our team members with clear growth opportunities within our organization. We have also worked to improve the work-life balance of our team by recreating our schedules, allowing more flexibility with time off requests, and providing wellbeing support such as free subscriptions to mental wellbeing apps. We work hard to ensure our team members are healthy and happy and are always looking for new and better ways we can improve this experience. We always encourage and welcome thoughts, suggestions, and ideas from team members. We are concerned by your comment that there have been charges for services that were never rendered. Although charging mistakes can happen, we utilize a double-check system as well as a random auditing system to ensure our charges are accurate and fair. If you feel that any charges were made in error, please reach out to a member of our local leadership team to investigate further so that we can make it right.
