We continue to focus on internal training opportunities along with strategic recruiting to attract the best and most skilled talent in our field. Providing the top patient care for all of our patients will always be a top priority for our organization. Identifying talent and passion for veterinary healthcare is important and we will continue to make hiring a main focus to better support our amazing teams. Additionally, the last few years a lot of work and effort has been put into analyzing job descriptions, role assignment, and fair pay within each geographic area. We are constantly re-evaluating these items and adjusting where needed.
