      Pros

      MedVet is one of the first places I've worked where I really felt like I could make a long term career out of this employment. MedVet feels professional, offers good benefits, has friendly staff, and genuinely seems to care about always becoming better.

      Cons

      I haven't found many downsides of MedVet yet. While I do believe there are downsides in veterinary medicine, MedVet is not responsible for any of those cons specifically.

      Pros

      Very generous employee discount for employee pets Ability to bring my pet to work with me, extra helpful on days when my dog has physical therapy appointments scheduled Good team work, everyone seems to answer questions or is willing to explain things Management checks in to see if I feel supportive or if there's anything I need

      Cons

      I've been at my position for a month now and really don't have any negatives at the moment.

      Pros

      The staff at the Commerce MedVet have been very supportive and helpful with teaching me the skills I was previously lacking. I got my first feline jugular blood draw and I was also given great tips about IV catheter placement.

      Cons

      I have no cons, the staff are very welcoming and if you want to learn they want to teach.
